    Our ideal Real Estate Sales agent candidate will provide an advanced level customer service approach to all clients. The candidate’s ability to adapt rapidly, and work in a team environment supporting others is highly important.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management.
    • Attend training until you are qualified to teach each topic.
    • Hold yourself accountable to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success.
    • Meet buyers and sellers to help reach their goals, to include evenings and weekends.
    • Share knowledge in a team environment to better the greater whole of the team.

    Qualifications

    • Prospective agents must have at least some college experience with references.
    • Hold, or actively working towards acquiring a real estate license.
    • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.

    Position: Inside Sales Partner

    As an agent within our client care department, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the team.

    The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and appointment setting while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

    Responsibilities

    • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
    • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
    • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments.
    • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.

    Qualifications

    • Has excellent organizational and time management.
    • Willing to practice, memorize, and internalize scripts.
    • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
