Doug Edrington

Doug Edrington started his Real Estate career in 2004 at the age of 18, purchasing his first home to flip for profit. While pursuing a college degree, he juggled school, a part time job at UPS and remodeling his first home. The following year, he added to his plate by becoming a licensed Realtor in 2005 joining his parents George and Grace in their new venture at what is now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realty Center. In 2006 our family officially formed TheEdringtonTeam. What started as a small team inside the jungle of 3600 agents in our market at that time, quickly turned into a true business working our way to becoming among the top agents in town. Currently, Doug Edrington is the managing partner of The Edrington Team which ranked number 1 amongst agents and teams in the Chattanooga & N. Georgia Market in 2015 selling 385 homes, and 2016 selling 441 homes. Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services of North America also ranked The Edrington Team in the top 10 teams out of 42,000 agents in 2015 and 2016, while Zillow.com ranks the Edrington Team also among the top 10 agents or teams by customer reviews with over 2 million real estate agents in this country.
