Michael grew up outside of Nashville and moved to Chattanooga 5 years ago. He studied Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Statistics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Michael worked in hospitality for 10 years, in both restaurants and hotels. He believes that customer service is of paramount importance in all forms of business. He built his relationship with the Edrington Team while working in restaurants and decided to leave hospitality in order to join the team that is focused on exceptional customer service.
